Very rude staff — they hardly acknowledged us when we first arrived. After paying for our order, they rudely refused to give us our change in the denomination that we requested. We will not be going back. Thankfully, there is an abundance of other pizza places in Vancouver.

First off the crew is rude. Stood there for a while before anyone approached the counter. Secondly the pizza is way too chewy, i can make better stuff at home with pita bread. Lastly, out of all megabite places, this was by far the dirtiest. Stay away!

Their pizza is getting to be more dough and less toppings lately. Their variety is reducing during rush times, their staff are changing over more and more and tonight, I saw one woman reprimand another in front of customers. She was abrupt and rude to the customer before me, even though the he had done nothing wrong. She wanted to charge me almost $ 12 for a slice and a Caesar salad because I didn’t want the pop, which would have made it a «combo» meal for $ 7.95. Her actions were so hostile and off that I changed my mind from using my debit card to paying in cash. I won’t be going back.

My husband and I went to Megabite Pizza when we stayed in Vancouver last month. We went to the Granville Island location and split a medium Greko pizza which has pesto sauce, mozzarella-edam cheese, sautéed spinach, artichoke hearts, red peppers, black olives and feta cheese. We both thought it was very good and there’s nothing quite like this where we live in Toronto that is not considered gourmet and costs quite a deal more. We liked that the crust was just the right amount of thickness so it was not too thick and doughy but not thin, burnt and crunchy. It’s amazing how many pizza places can’t find the balance. The staff was really nice and patient. We took a long time to decide which pizza to try! I’d like to go back if I find myself in Vancouver again. I’m also editing this review to add that their Facebook page is really funny.

Very good pizza at an affordable price. A very good pepperoni pie and I enjoyed the veggie with potatoes which was a first for me. Served quickly and hot. Self serve condiments.

Not good at all. Just pulled over to puke and I mean PUKE. I was starving and wolfed down two(SUPERTINY) slices, he didn’t even offer me the get a free POP deal? Utter crap, plenty of better choices.
