My best friend treated me to a smoothie. Well actually he got a coupon in the mail which was a buy one get one free smoothie coupon so he essentially gave me the smoothie for free. It tasted okay, total sugar overload. Customer service was decent.

Came here for an iced coffee. Parking is available on the side streets. Wow, this place is cramped. The place is super tiny. Probably best to go for take-out. With that said, there’s a tiny patio area in front. The ice coffee I had was pretty decent.

Worst possible service I have ever received anywhere in my life. The punk kid behind the counter didn’t even look like he wanted to be there. I ordered my meal and was told it would be a few minutes, so I went to the restroom. When I came back my meal was still not ready. Finally when it was ready, the kid shoves the tray towards me almost spilling the drink on me(I had to catch it before it fell). Punk kid sees this and snickers, thinks it was funny. I looked at him and he decided to stare me down. I told him an apology would be nice and he goes«for what?» I told him for almost spilling the drink on me and he snickers again. I asked for my money back and to speak to the manager. Someone with an Assistant Manager badge came out and told me she was in charge. I told her I wanted to speak to the store manager and she told me there was no store manager. I asked for the store manager’s name and again was told there is no store manager. First, to the punk kid: if you don’t like working there quit, you have a f**king poor attitude. Second to the Assistant Mgr: just give the name of the manager when a customer asks for it. I have taken this to McDonald’s head office and believe me, I will make some noise about this situation.
