Ordered food via phone for lunch. Asked for a clubhouse with salad. Martini’s actually said and I quote ‘it comes with fries and salad’. Ok that’s fine. Received my order less fries where my friend gots fries and a salad. That’s fine I only wanted salad anyways. The sandwich was a sandwich. Bacon was nice and crispy. The salad was, meh. Although the touch of pineapple was nice.

I have ordered delivery from here twice. Almost everything I’ve ordered has been excellent; baked lasagna, baked spaghetti, poutine, chicken caprese. However, there was one thing I ordered that was so terrible that I must bring my review down to only 3 stars. The pizza is disgusting. Maybe you’re a health nut and get off on Multigrain bs, but whole wheat has no place on a pizza. I ordered the martinis special, whose toppings should have been more than enough to disguise the dirt flavoured dough. I was mistaken. All you can taste is brown. Toppings are irrelevant. Not only that, but this pizza became soggy incredibly quickly after it was delivered. Order the pasta, chicken dishes or anything else, just stay away from the pizza.

I ordered calamari and prawn souvlaki for delivery. It was ok. I was told when I ordered that it would be over an hour and was pleased when it only took about 45 minutes. The prawn souvlaki came with greek salad which was flavourful and they were not shy on the feta cheese which is a nice touch! The souvlaki also came with pita bread that was nice and fluffy. The Prawns were cooked well and flavoured nicely, but the rice was lacking flavour. I would not order the calamari again. It came soggy as it was drenched in oil and similar to the rice, it was lacking in flavour.

My review is based on their pizza delivery. When we ordered, we were told delivery would be 45 – 60 minutes. They’re busy, no problem, I get it. An hour and twenty minutes go by and still no pizza, so we decide to call and check on an ETA. Keep in mind we live about a 4 minutes drive away(we’re lazy, I know). We were put on hold twice before being told«delivery driver has your pizza, it will be there shortly». 15 minutes later our pizza arrived, COLD. Ughhh an hour and 35 minutes for cold pizza. Bummed. Had to reheat it in the oven, which is annoying when you’re hangry. Pizza was good, but the dough was a little under cooked. Definitely never ordering from them ever again. The one star is for their nice delivery guy.

Martini’s has been around for decades… I remember it being an «it» spot back in the day, but I never went. Fast forward 20 years later and I can now say I’ve been! Such a diverse selection of food, but I believe the main flavours are Italian and Greek. They are known for their whole wheat crust pizza… I ordered a small and it was enough for both my lunch and dinner! Medium crust, it was hearty and filling(even though I am more of a thin crust gal myself). The pastas look like they could feed an army! Ambience wise, it does have a very warm and cosy feel… oddly, the playlist for the restaurant is old skool r&b, and just for that, another star is added! Perfect place to make a regular hang out/meet up venue with friends, I will be coming back for one of their many daily drink specials!

[Multi-Cultural Comfort] If a Denny’s ever existed in Europe, Martini’s would be it. They serve everything from your standard burgers and pasta, to souvlaki, schnitzel, and butter chicken. Odds are, you’ll find something that tickles your fancy and you can be sure it’ll be greasy and artery-cloggingly delicious! Stopped by here late Friday evening for a midnight snack(I love that they’re open late). The place has a rustic lodge ambience full of hungry customers. I opted for the wiener schnitzel which came with a starter salad, garlic bread, and mashed potatoes. Portion sizes were excellent to the point where belt-loosening was required. The schnitzel itself was a tad dry but the mashed potatoes and salad were good. For $ 14, this is a win in my books. There were a half dozen beers on tap and other drink specials available at decent prices but it was a tad late in the evening to get started. Service was average — our server was friendly and came by every so often but nothing to write home about. Martini’s is a good spot for a late night meal after whatever mischief you’re upto on a weekend. Think hearty, greasy, comfort food.

Martini’s offers solid Italian/Greek food at a very reasonable price point. If you grew up with Greek-style pizza this is good stuff, but I tend to avoid the menu items that aren’t pizza. They also have very good drink specials usually.

Our pizza took an hour to show up when we called at 12:45 am. Our greek pizza was as cold as the greek economy. I called them when it got here and I talked to one nice person. Then I was transferred to the manager whom said I could have $ 5 off my next pizza. I told them that wasn’t good enough. Then, they told me I could get ten $ 10 off my next pizza. I said I’d rather get a new pizza. We are reheating the pizza eight now. The new one is on the way…

Martinis use to be my standard for delivery. It was the place I’d recommend if someone asked me about restaurants in the neighborhood. Sadly, I caned no longer do this. I noticed within the last year the quality has gone down considerably. The food has been either undercooked, overcooked or just simply bad. Tonight I ordered the chicken burger. The chicken was dry, fries cold. I quickly remembered why I had stopped ordering take out from them. I can safely say that Martini’s and I after 15 years will now part ways.

Don’t order the specials if your hungry and prepare for a confrontation from the waiter if you complain!

Everything was great… the food… service…price. There was 7 of us, not 1 person had any complaints. We’ll definitely be making a trip back very soon.

My family and I showed up at Martinis around 3p yesterday. We just love the location. And the atmosphere is great kinda rustic and the music was great. Our waitress was funny, clever and a little bit clumsy. But that made our visit more entertaining. The food is always delicious. They have monthly specials for food. And daily drink specials. Try it out.

I am not sure if everything on the menu is tasteless or just what we ordered. Service was fine. Food was so bland. We ordered the lasagna and after one bite I looked at my husband and grabbed the salt and pepper… it didn’t help. He got the chicken Souvlaki– it was better than the lasagna. I think its a drink spot rather than a dinner spot.

You know, I usually come here and I usually get great service and I usually say I would give this place a 4/5, however I was so awe struck at what happened this time. That’s why I’m giving this a 1 out of 5 stars. The other reason why it wouldn’t have been at least 4 or 5 stars is that on Thursday May 21st at around 10:30pm or so I entered this establishment hoping to get seated. I could see that only half the room was empty. In the back I could see two males standing around, assuming that they were the chefs. There were two other female workers there just chatting, not even noticing that we entered the place. One of the male workers tried to get the attention of the girls to get us seated, but the girls just stood there, looked at us and continued to chat. My partner and I gave them five seconds to acknowledge us or we would leave. I would say we were standing there for at least two minutes without having anyone seating us. In fact they knew we were there and they ignored us. So here’s some word of advice to the owner: check who worked on May 21st evening and find out why you just lost a paying customer. The fact that you hired waitresses to chat instead of serving us is appalling. I used to like this place up until May 21st night. I am not willing to pay money to a place that won’t acknowledge customers. I have many other choices around the city. Unfortunately you aren’t and never will be one of them ever again.

**3.5 stars** This review is based on delivery only. I love Greek food but sadly I haven’t been able to find any traditional Greek restaurants near me that deliver. This is where Martini’s comes in. Awhile ago I ordered their large chicken souvlaki dinner for delivery and now I’m hooked. The chicken is nicely seasoned, and when I once requested no rice they kindly asked if I wanted to substitute extra Greek salad instead at no additional charge. Their tzatziki is how I like it– garlicky(maybe not good for a date night). My only complaints are that they don’t have lemon potatoes and they use whole wheat pitas, which seem to get a bit dry. The portion is fair for the price, they deliver on-time(within 45 minutes), and my cravings for Greek food are definitely satisfied!

Excellent customer service! I placed my order via phone and then got a call 15 mins later saying I’m out of their delivery service. I informed them I had a broken leg and they immediately answered«we can do this for you this time.» Now they did not have to do that at all, and as a person having severe mobility issues, where getting a glass of water is difficult, hearing them say that at the end of a long painful day was really refreshing. I’ve had the food before and it’s always excellently seasoned, good portions and fairly priced. Thanks to the person who made this exception for me, means a lot!

Went to Martini’s last night for a large family, post wedding rehearsal, dinner. There were 28 of us. With a large group I’m always worried about slow or nonexistent service but this was the opposite. While people were being seated, drink orders were taken and promptly delivered. Dinner as well. It all came reasonable fast, hot and appetizing. I must mention the the restaurant was full the whole two hours we were here and a lineup at the door when we left. I haven’t been here since I working in Vancouver over 10 years ago yet the food was still excellent and the up to date décor was impressive. Martinis is a very comfortable place to eat for any occasion. Full stars.

Martini’s with its log cabin chic décor has been around for years and for good reason. Martini’s is child of the 90’s and it has changed very little. They have massive portions, tasty favourites, for reasonable prices. One of their best offerings is the pizza. Seriously even my mom loves it and she is the pickiest person I know. With whole wheat crust, generous toppings, and lots of cheese they can’t go wrong. I also love their Greek and Caesar salads, the calamari, and their lamb souvlaki is the bomb. If you have any room they also have a selection of delicious pies for dessert. The mud or ice cream pie slathered in chocolate sauce is one of my favouites. The best part is that they deliver. Well maybe not the mud pie, but most other items. My only complaint is the drinks(except the beer) are really dated. They really need to get a professional bar tender to come in and do a wee overhaul on the drink menu and while they are at instill some passion for the art of drink making in the staff. As for beer they are part way on the micro-brewery band wagon, but you can still get a simple lager as well.

Had dinner with friends and this place was packed. The prices are reasonable and the portions are huge. It’s a great place to grab drinks and dinner. We mainly ordered the signature dishes. Excuse my photos as the place was dark and so my dishes came out dark. Forgot to use my flash.

This has been one of my favourite restaurants for some time and I must have either been there or ordered from there over a hundred times with positive results over the years. Last night I got food poisoning from the vegetarian pasta sauce inside the baked spaghetti. When I phoned them I was underwhelmed by the response and it appeared it was not being taken seriously. At the very least they should investigate how it happened and get a sample, have it tested and review their hygiene practices. Very disappointing.
