We signed up with Marsha Steeves for our DW. We have had the same issues as below. We are so thankful we did not pay for any additional services. We have been misinformed repeatedly, quoted incorrectly repeatedly… Our overall experience is horrible. We even tried to contact Transat directly ourselves as we are having numerous challenges with the company. I have had to keep e-mails as a track record and send them back as evidence! I have had to send too much«evidence». We do not want to work with the company anymore and feel stuck!!!

Note– Destination Wedding Travel is a service provided by Travel Masters but this review is in NOWAY linked to them. Just their destination wedding services. We thought we would try a smaller company to organize our DW thinking that the service would be better but alas, this wasn’t the case. I found myself sending repeat emails for information and asking my guests to copy me on emails as they were not getting the replies they requested either. They are essentially the middle man between you and any of the big holiday tours(Transat Holiday Tours or other such operators). What this creates is a lag in time for getting real time information… we spent alot of time waiting for replies from their providers. Save your time and go to the source! The gals working here are mostly confused, unorganized and slow to respond. Although courteous, really not on top of their game at all. We also paid for their«wedding coordinator» services. And while she was wonderful to work with and eliminated my need to communicate with the onsite WC in Mexico… it proved to be quite useless as when we arrived in Mexico we sat down with the local WC only to be asked/discuss the very same questions and concerns that we had spoken to the Vancouver WC about. VERYFRUSTRATING! Again, save your $$.
