Main Street-Science World Station

If you arrive in Vancouver by bus or train, this Skytrain station is walking distance from the terminal, even if you have some luggage. The Skytrain is a great way to get around town.

This SkyTrain station is great if you are heading to Science World or Pacific Central Station. It is one of the last stops before the Expo Line heads into the downtown tunnel system.
This is an elevated station that is located above street level so you will need to take an escalator or elevator to get to the platform. If you are heading to Chinatown, this stop may be closer for you than the following stop, Stadium-​Chinatown. That stop seems farther away to Chinatown as it is closer to where the T&T Supermarket is.
If you have just arrived into town at Pacific Central Station, I would suggest taking a train here if you are heading into downtown Vancouver. There are a few buses on the street here, but if you are not familiar with the area, the train is the easiest way to go.

Weirdly this is the only station not equip with the new card system which is odd considering that it is in a prime tourist area (Science World), Greyhound and buses to upper Main. The station is dirty and the people at night are questionable but then again so is the whole area. There are connecting buses that go up Main semi frequently enough.

Easy Access point for New West Burnaby and Surrey. Good Elevator on the North West Point of the station to bring your bicycle to the main platform. Not a busy as main downtown stations.

Great station to connect to Chinatown or buses heading North on Main Street.
