Mailbox Plus

Places like this are why Unilocal was invented. I had a mail box here while I was in and out of Vancouver. At first, they seemed helpful but that quickly changed. When I cancelled, in person, a Mail Box in August 2014 and received paperwork with final payment from owner Joseph, they went ahead and charged my credit card they forgot was on file in Decmber 2014, 4 months later! When I called and told them to remove it from their records and refund me they said they would, but oops. they forgot again! If you use their service make sure they don’t have your credit info because they will use it to charge your credit card for long time aftterward. BUYER BEWARE!

I gave this place a chance because it was local. despite their horrible website.
One of the girls there was very helpful with my printing needs. I’m taking a Graphic Design course and found out that she took the same one. She’s been so wonderful. The other people there. leave a LOT to be desired in the Customer Service department. Straight up Rude actually!
I emailed them my images and my boyfriend went to pick them up. I called first because I was having an issue with a file. he told me to just send it and he’d see what he could do with it. well when my boyfriend got there he got quite a surprise.
The guy was SO RUDE. Starting going on about how my business was a pain in his ass because they spend more time fixing my mistakes than it’s worth. and he said ‘your girlfriend should probably take a class or something’…
I am you jerk!
And if I was screwing you up so much, how come this is the first I’m hearing about it? You don’t have to worry any more. I’ll go out of my way to go ANYWHERE ELSE! And that class I’m taking. I’ve been telling them how wonderful you guys were. Well I’ll be setting them straight about that too. Not to bother with you. we’re too ‘un-​skilled’ for your business I guess.
Not too smart, seeing as how when we finish our program we’ll be professional. and we’ll still stay away from your business.

I have to say the service here is second to none.
We’ve been using this mailbox service for years as its’ just across the street from my old office. It really has become a pivotal part of us running a successful and cost effective business.
We currently have a mailbox here which is well serviced, with instant phone calls when we receive packages. I’ve also used Joseph’s printing services which he performed prompt month prints and mailouts all from email instruction. I wouldn’t even have to leave my computer and I could rest assured knowing that my pieces were being printed and shipped across Canada without me even having to lift a finger.
If you have any printing, shipping or mailbox needs I strongly suggest checking out Joe’s spot, especially if you value a community atmosphere and prompt service.

This is the worst mail drop in Canada. The attendants are ignorant & unhelpful, and the phone message box always full.

Joseph, an expert multi-​tasker who provides excellent and friendly service, is one of the owners. This is the place in the West End for printing including business cards and flyers. They also provide desktop publishing services at an hourly rate. They are the shipping experts and also sell stamps as well as envelopes, tape and other supplies. There is self-​serve copying as well as colour ones done to order. I always feel that customer service is paramount at Mailbox Plus. If you need answers there is a lot of knowledge here.
