L’ufficio

Had the most spectacular meal there tonight. It was the three course meal of Insalata mistake, porchetta agnollotti and pork cheeks with polenta. The pork cheeks were in a sauce flavored with cinnamon, cumin and I don’t know what else, but they were melt-​in-​your-​mouth tender and delicious. The Agnolloti were delicate, delicious and oh-​so-​tender. My husband had the antipasti platter with arranccini, a bunch of different thinly sliced meats, smoked salmon and I don’t know what else, but everything was great. The brisket with balzanese and white asparagus had a mixture of egg and horseradish on the side –he said it was yummy. but really… I think he coveted my pork cheeks! He also had the vitello tomato which was good but his meal was heavier than mine. We both eschewed dessert cuz we were stuffed. Another off the charts delicious meal at L’ufficio!
