Drawing from over a decade of hands-​on experience in all aspects of the construction, customer service and an educated business perspective, Leandross Henderlin, CEO of LJH Construction Inc., has worked diligently to deliver more than a product or service. It is not only quality, but also the positive experience that distinguishes us in a competitive market.

At an early age, recognizing his aptitude for building, repairing and problem solving, his parents put him to work at home. This involved simple plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and installations, but only as much as a 12-​year-​old could handle. He was keen to questions and learn from various trades called in to tackle the more complex work. This natural interest was fortified by compulsions for precision and to complete tasks.

Later working with Engineers, Architects and various trades provided the necessary grooming to establish and operate LJH Construction, a company focused on client satisfaction.

Job satisfaction, creative license and great people are probably the three most valuable aspects of any employment. It gives me great satisfaction to listen to my clients, propose a few solutions and then work with them to cater a solution that meets their needs.

I am only able to deliver this service with the backing of the wonderful team I work with. Be it the carpenter, tile setter, painter, glassier, landscaper or the delivery truck driver, I am happy to strap on a tool belt and work with them. Time spent with them helps me build a relationships and trust with these people. Once we understand that the work is about pride and reputation, there is little reason to believe that the client will be serviced 120% every time.
