What a disappointing contrast to the Biomedical Laboratories that I used to go to on 555 W 12^th Avenue (which has now closed). The wait time at that location was under five minutes. Wait time at this one was 35 minutes at 10:45 a.m. on a Saturday. The rooms were dirty. I saw debris (cotton swabs) on the floor; the facilities did not look clean in general, and not the level of clean one expects for a medical facility. To top it off, the person who took my blood wasn’t as gentle as the past several times I’ve had blood taken elsewhere. It actually hurt beyond just a pin prick, and I now have bruising. Never had that happen before. A terrible facility that I will be be using in the future.

A very, very busy lab for sure! The good thing is that you can now go on-line and book your app’t., so you don’t have to wait for an hour to be seen. Another plus is that you can go on-line and view your results. The staff are friendly and efficient.
It could use a bit of up-dating and the magazines were in short supply.

Overall, fast, efficient, clean, and easy set up. Got in and out relatively quickly.

A super organized professional location with pleasant staff. Waiting room has twenty chairs. Did you know you can ask for a copy of the form you give them to submit for test (s)? And even better, you can her your results online.
