Dr Lai is an excellent doctor. As mentioned in someone else’s post here, he is both compassionate and frequently late. ;-) But I would much rather put up with a bit of lateness to get the kind of quality doctor that he is.
I have a number of complicated medical issues and I never feel rushed.
He also knows when another doctor, like a specialist, can provide more value.
Best doctor I have ever had.
