We do not cut corners, all records are stored according to legal guidelines in our office. We use a separate chartered accounting firm to handle the building’s accounting needs. Kyle Properties Ltd. is a fully licensed real estate company specializing in the management of stratified condominium and commercial properties throughout the Lower Mainland. We take a proactive approach to our properties with a focus on regular, preventative, and corrective maintenance programs.

Our team of maintenance professionals is experienced in all aspects of building maintenance and repair allowing us to not only maintain your property but improve it over time.

The main goal of a good property management company is to create value and peace of mind for its clients. Being on the Strata Council is intensive work for its volunteers who are sacrificing their time to make the building better for all its members. We seek to make this work as stress-​free as possible by providing guidance and support.
