KARE Dentistry

I recently had the greatest pleasure in revisiting Kare Dental, my first visit since Drs. Li and Liu took over the practice from Dr. Karateew, my dentist of the past 15 years. I was a bit worried when I first heard that Dr. Karateew was leaving the practice, but my concerns were completely unfounded. When I had a small dental emergency on a weekend, I called Dr. Li and left a voicemail, and to my relief he returned my call within ten minutes. We introduced ourselves, I told him what had happened and immediately he assured me it was not a major problem, and that he’d be pleased to see me first thing when the office opened the next day. I was delighted to learn that Drs. Li and Liu had kept the entire staff; Amy, Gloria and Diego who are awesome people and professionals. Dr. Li looked after me right away, and immediately I told him how impressed I was with his demeanor, professionalism and skills, and I decided to continue my relationship with Kare Dental, right then and there. A calm and very professional office whose very minimal trauma tooth extraction approach was very appreciated Sept ²⁰⁄₁₀.
Unfortunately due to my work schedule and their hours of operation, it was only today, Oct 4^th (2 weeks after the initial extraction) that I was able to get in to see Dr. Karateew.
Even though jittery this morning, and in extreme pain and discomfort I was still very impressed with this dentist and staff. Today I was squeezed into their very busy day with re-​treatment of my surgical site. The continued pain and headaches due to the exposed roots of the surrounding teeth and accompanying crevice (which made keeping the area clean difficult) was treated and closed for good after further freezing of the area. Hopefully the swelling and after freezing pain will soon subside and my appetite return.
