It was my first time going to a notary public. And not that I deal with lawyers a lot either, but Ms. Jang provided excellent service and expertise that was very appreciated by myself and my family. Upon initial contact to let her know my uncle was in the hospital and wanted to prepare a will, she was extremely attentive and then promptly attended the hospital. Though he expected the process to be a bit complicated because he had a lot of questions, she smoothly guided our family through all possible issues and in the end we were confident in the legal document. Again we appreciated not only her attentiveness and promptness in attending to my uncle’s request, but her expert advice and legal bedside manner.
