Um hip hop store?! Really tho?! I walked into this store and no one acknowledged me!!! But gave me dirty looks! The staff is all asian(not to sound racist) but you’re working in a hip hop urban store, maybe understand the history and meaning behind«hip hop» and learn english! before working in such a store! Worst customer service! I wish concrete jungle was back at metro at least back then people would approach you when u walk in! Definitely wouldn’t ever spend a dime there nor should you!

solid 3.5 stars, bigger and more clothes, full jackets and bomber jackets than its upstairs twin store. Good sales going on too. Guy knew his stuff, this pictured jacket he knew right away 80% down. nice bench seating inside.

I will admit that I’ve come here to get some clothes for some friends that dress in this fashion, the few friends that do. For the genre of clothing it’s a pretty decent selection. Prices are high for what they are, however, customer service has always been decent.

This store should hire more people who can speak English. The salespeople’s idea of customer service is to stand and watch you like a hawk as you walk through the store. Not an enjoyable shopping experience

Small selection and bad service. I purchased stuff for my boyfriend last Christmas and he exchanged for other stuff and the remaining 35 $ was put onto a credit note. When they gave me the credit note they didn’t give me a heads up that it expires in 2 years. We tried to find something else to just use up the credit but with the selection/variety being pretty bare we couldn’t. Today i noticed that the credit has an expiry period(which is pretty ridiculous to begin with) and i called to ask if they could do something about it because it’s not just a few bucks, and she told me «there’s no point discussing this and we don’t know how to use it if its not in our system so there’s nothing we can do» For s small local boutique retail chain i would think that they would try a little harder to build relationships with their clients instead of being so abrupt and careless.

This is a another wicked stop on your tour du fashion this fall! Located inside Oakridge centre next to Banana you will find this dark little shop. They cater to the urban sophisticate and the hip-hop set alike with such brands as Nudie, Selection, Obey, Cheap Monday, and Junk De Luxe! The service is always impressive and the guys who work here are more than willing to help you make a decision on your next big piece.
