I had someone install a light switch incorrectly, and when I flipped the breaker the entire power for the apartment went out one hour before I had an open house with a realtor. I called Hall Electrical in a panic and Eddy helped me for at least half an hour over the phone, on his own time, and asked for nothing in return. His kindness is so rare in today’s day and age and I will always call him from now on for anything electrical in the future. On top of that, he managed to figure out a fairly complex problem over the phone without knowing anything about my building and while speaking to an electrically-​challened someone who kept calling everything a «thingy». Nice work Eddy!
