History

Established in 2015.

Guys & Dollies Moving Co. began one blustery afternoon when its founder realized he couldn’t handle one more «PC Load Letter» warning from his office’s sassy HP printer. He heard numerous horror stories from his friends of so-​called professional moves gone awry — untrustworthy movers, barely operational trucks, inefficient processes which ate up time and put their valuables in danger — and he decided the Vancouver market deserved a better way. Thus, Guys & Dollies Moving Co. was born with a mandate to provide efficient stress-​free moves in the Lower Mainland and beyond.

I’m just a regular Joe, with a regular job. I’m your average white, suburbanite slob. I like football and hockey and books about war. I’ve got an average house, with a nice hardwood floor. My wife and my job, my kids and my car, my feet on the table and a cuban cigar…

My name is Todd, I’m the owner of Guys & Dollies Moving Co. and I started this company with the hope that I could help Vancouverites through the stress of moving. Originally from Alberta, I moved to Vancouver in 2003 to attend UBC. In my time there, I studied History and played varsity volleyball for the Thunderbirds. After graduating I found it near impossible to leave the city and I’ve been here since!
