Established in 1990.

Ingrid de Haan orinally from Capetown, South Africa, has been catering for over 30 years. First in Toronto before making the move to the westcoast and setting in Vancouver. Ingrid was a partner in Crown Street Catering for 14 years. Today, along with her new partner, Collette Coleman, they have opened up Granville Island Catering. Collette was a high-​end travel consultant for 24 years, travelling the world and sampling the foods of the exotic destinations, while working part time as a serving and catering chef for over 14 years.

Together, with Ingrid’s palette for flavours and Collette’s planning of your event, we will meet your expectations. We like to say, we take the worry away from you, so that you can relax and thoroughly enjoy your party, and your guests.
