I’ve walked by and in a few times to get some inspiration for my home home décor. If you like plain basic with no personality than this is the place. I don’t mean that as an insult, however, there is some people who prefer to have the basics and add personality through accessorization, myself included. This place can easily be over looked, however, once inside there is a large selection for most décor personality types (in the basic area). Prices are all over the map, however, very good compared to other places.

Well hello Mr. Surprising Furniture Store Hiding In Plain Sight!
To be fair — Tonye A deserves the FTR for this one, on account of not only bringing me there but pointing out this GIANT furniture store I’ve just happened to overlook for the past two years. But I snagged it, so… neener neener.
This is a surprising find on Main St where i’m used to bracing myself before peeking at price tags. It has a funny hodgepodge of stuff — some of it that looks second hand, some of it with imperfections but ALL of it at insanely good prices.
There’s some dated stuff sure, but there are some serious gems within the four walls that are worth walking through the door to check out. Case in point: cute little kitchen table with four matching chairs comes in under $ 250 for the set. A set, which just a few blocks up the street, would be displayed for almost double. If you’re seeking a couch, they’ve got a decent selection of stock in the $ 200-​$ 500 range… some of it is ugly as sin but there’s some nice basics in the mix as well. And perhaps my favuourite find was a big, sturdy wood desk for $ 65. There were scratches on the surface, which led to my «maybe this is slightly used» conclusion but a solid desk for under $ 100? One coat of paint will spiff that right up and it’ll still come in under everything else i’ve looked at.
Conclusion: I’m keeping my eye on this place. As someone who is trying to move away from the ikea culture (I am sick of wobbly furniture) but isn’t quite ready to drop the dough for the big boys, I have a feeling that this place will provide a few surprise alternatives in the future. It may have been hiding in plain sight all this time, but it’s definitely on the radar now.
