Get Fit is a private fitness studio that was started by Dallas Jones to help people learn how to incorporate physical activity into their lifestyles. Dallas’ comprehensive approach provides you with personal training, nutrition counseling, as well as extended support that will make you want every day to be an active day!
Get Fit is the perfect place for beginners. Dallas will teach you the basics of resistance training and exercise in a comfortable environment so that you can feel confident doing exercise by yourself at home or in a gym. Dallas also specializes in resistance training for runners and cyclists.

History
Established in 2013.
Dallas realized his passion for helping people with
their fitness when every class he took gave him new ideas on how to work with people, teach, and motivate them about exercising. After obtaining his Bachelor of Kinesiology from UBC and taking the Certified Personal Trainer Exam through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiologists he worked at some major fitness facilities around Vancouver.
Dallas found that all these facilities cater to people that were already confident about fitness and didn’t have a good way to introduce beginners to active living and exercise. So after finding the perfect facility to set up a private gym and a quick online accounting course, he created Get Fit and goes to bed each night happy, knowing he’s really helping his clients.

Dallas is an energetic exercise and nutrition enthusiast. His interests include Ironman triathlons, golfing, hiking, and wakeboarding.
Dallas’ vision is to inspire a lifelong passion for physical activity in people, regardless of their age or exercise ambitions. He values integrity, continual self-improvement, happiness, and personal achievement through resourcefulness and perseverance.
Dallas swam competitively in high school and currently competes in triathlons and marathons. He completed Ironman Canada 2011 in 11 hours and 35 minutes and is currently training for Ironman Lake Tahoe 2013.
