We’ve been in to Generic a couple of times now and have received such outstanding customer service that I felt compelled to share with the rest of you Unilocaler’s. Their attentive, knowledgeable and friendly staff really know what they’re talking about. If you find yourself in need, give them a try.

This is the most decent place that I know of to get a new computer. The prices are not bad and customer service is good for what it is. My last two computers came from here. It is a small store with a lot of product. Best to check out what they have online and then head in. There is no crazy wait times like at NCIX. Downside is that they take cash or debit only, and only street parking is available.

I brought my somewhat new, limping computer in(that I bought somewhere else). Mother board and hard drive fried but the rest of the components were good. They were very practical with their recommendations and my computer was up working better than ever, for a very reasonable price.

Pretty good prices and somewhat decent selection. Their strength lies with their excellent customer service and flexibility. I have recommended this place to many for that very reason.

If you’re trying to just get a tower with a fast processor, you can get a pretty good deal here — especially if you know what you’re doing. If you only need certain parts, they can customize your computer because they make it there. For example, if you don’t need a new hard drive, they’ll take it out and take some money off your bill. They have a flyer that lists the specs of the computers on offer. You can simply choose one of those or talk to the staff about getting something special. For computer/monitor/printer packages, you might get better deals at a big box store. But if your in the market for a new tower you should check this place out for the value.
