Good pizza for a reasonable price. The 8 slice deal is a good bargain. Owner is always a friendly guy and they don’t try to charge you for the ranch like other Fresh Slice Pizzas.

I was a fan of this pizza place for years until I just called moments ago to place an order for delivery. I asked for any specials for medium sized pizzas and was told no. Flat and abrupt no. I was on the phone and brought up that there was in fact medium pizzas on special on the website and he said«oh yeah». I asked specifically what the specials were and was told again«there are no specials». I brought up the specials on the website and he said«yeah and?» I said that I would like the special on medium sized pizzas and he was very rude. I brought up that he was very rude and that the customer service was not very good. His words verbatim were«well you’re not a very good customer». I asked him to repeat what he just said said«you’re not a very good customer: I asked to speak to a supervisor and he denied me. 3 x he denied me. I will be contacting this pizzeria to advise them of the terrible service but I’m still appalled at the audacity of this representative. TERRIBLE.

Not the most peaceful location w/all the BCIT, language school students milling around right on the sidewalk. Average pizza. Good bike racks though ;) Take advantage of our tax dollars.

I came here for lunch today for their $ 1 a slice Tuesday Special. I‘ve been here a few times already and this place is always packed on Tuesdays. This is a hole-in-the wall pizza joint with limited seating, so don‘t expect to find a seat here. Some days I‘ve had decent pizza here and some days I’ve had not-so-great experiences. If you want to be on the safe side, I recommend always ordering whatever just came out from the oven. Today I had the BBQ chicken pizza fresh from the oven and it was pretty good. The pizza is a decent size with a good amount of toppings. For $ 1 a slice, I really can‘t complain much and if you are in the area on a Tuesday, I definitely recommend!

To much garlic in those pizzas! Es un establecimiento similar a todos los de alrededor. Porciones de pizza baratas con un refresco. Da igual en el que entres porque todos son iguales, eso si, las de aquí tienen mucho ajo.

Pizza by the slice, the Fresh Slice chain is workin’ it on the promotions these days eh? This year, it seems like they’ve gone all out on the marketing and advertising. It’s good planning and totally understandable with all the pizza spots popping up in Vancouver, hence this week’s Weekly Unilocal( ). With all the buzz, I figure I should try Fresh Slice at least once, so I had the garlic chicken pizza($ 1.70/slice taxes incl) at the tiny Pender location nuzzled in the row of take-out pizza and sushi spots. Regular sized, tasty and the greasy goodness was satisfying in the moment: 2.5 out of 5. It’s not for me, but I know a bunch of peeps who frequent Fresh Slice on Tuesdays and on ‘guy-time’ gamer nights. Fresh Slice fits the M.O. of what you’d typically expect from a fast food pizza chain. What’s more: — $ 1.00 Pizza Tuesdays: All slices, all locations — I was taking a photo and the manager kindly handed me a Neighbour Appreciation Card with a special offer. A nice gesture :)

as i was still trying to get the hang of the skytrain system. and figuring out whether to get off at burrard station or granville or waterfront… starving, i decided to grab a quick slice of pizza while trying to sightsee in the area as much as possible. it was hard to decide which pizza place to try as there’s a bunch of them nearby. not bad for a quick snack. this seems like a pizza place i’d go to for consistency and convenience more than anything since there’s a lot of fresh slice pizza everywhere.

In general, I like Fresh Slice better than almost all the random walk-up-grab-a-slice places. The best reason of all– no sesame seeds on the crust. I’m definitely not a fan of that! However, this Fresh Slice is not my favorite. The seating accommodates– let me count– one, two, three people at a time. I think there’s actually 4 seats– but the way they’re placed, it sometimes doesn’t work for 4. I like cheese or pepperoni. I’ve stopped in a few times when neither was available. Am I the only one that doesn’t like crazy pizza with 8 toppings?

Fresh Slice Pizza sits right next to the bus stop for the N22 and N17 buses — routes I’m sure bus drivers must call the student puke routes. And Fresh Slice pizza probably doesn’t help matters. It’s convenient to grab a slice of pizza here and then catch one of the rare buses that actually run after midnight back to the westside from downtown. The actual pizza is lame. It’s less lame if they put it through their toaster oven contraption to give it the semblance of «fresh». There are options beyond pepperoni — but Hawaiian, pesto, or cheeseburger pizza won’t put an out-of-this world spin on your evening. The price is good. At $ 1.52 for a slice, you can give a 32% tip and feel like a spender. But what’s with the sign? Can’t they use a slice of pizza that actually fits the slice-shaped hole instead of leaving that strange sliver of white space? So one star for being open late, and the second for being right next to the bus stop. For the fluffy-crust pizza? Zero, my friends, zero.
