Business Owner

Frank Tony Spartano was commissioned as a Notary in 1986 having been mentored by his father, Antonio N. Spartano, who was also a member of the Society of Notaries until his passing in 1996. Enrica Mauro joined the family practice and in 2005 was commissioned as a Notary. This practice has been assisting its clientele since 1967.
