I had a pleasant experience here last week. I was buying a round-​trip ticket to exotic Winnipeg, and it also happened to be my first time buying a plane ticket ever.
I was dealing with Arshia who was very friendly, and she made the process very easy and clear for me. She also made sure that all my questions were answered, and to call her if I had any more questions or concerns.
This location seems quite busy with the phones ringing constantly and just barely enough employees to deal with it all, but they never made me feel rushed in the slightest.
