FA needs improvement on their call takers. Being tax time I reviewed my paperwork, and upon consultation, was advised that the Nov /11 invoice for work done wasn’t official enough to be submitted. So today I called for the second time(1st time was after hours so I left a detailed message/request) only to be questioned in a seemingly endless loop — four separate times what my name is yadda yadda yadda. This wasn’t a hard request and certainly the call taker really didn’t seem to understand that. Becoming frustrated after what seemed like forever, I kindly rang off without expectation of ever getting what I called about. Magically a few minutes later my request appeared via fax with a request to call the company. No thank you.
