Find and Seek Puzzle Adventure Escape Rooms

The best, most immersive escape room out there! Our host was very informative, and we felt safe the whole time. This place does it a bit different, but ‘good’ different! Many surprises and lots of fun puzzles! HIGHLY suggest this place, and can’t wait for more rooms!

My first escape room and we solved it! My wife got us in and we had an awesome time. The staff here are super friendly and really put together an excellent puzzle for us to figure out. The rooms are well-​prepared and really makes you feel like you’re took a step into a time machine.
I hope these guys come up with a different room soon. Well done Find and Seek!

Veterans of escape rooms in the lower mainland will find a much higher production quality and standard to the escape room genre than they are used to. Props, setting and theme of the room are more immersive and believable, and solutions are clever and less forced/​contrived than some of other escape rooms we have tried. Lots of fun — difficult to solve but by no means impossible or overly stifling. Quality control is good and the «watchtower» idea is a nice hint system. 45 minutes is a bit too short and does present people with a very «hurried» sense throughout the experience, but is fully understandable given they need cleanup in between bookings.

If you are looking for wholesome, exciting, brain challenging fun then this is he place to go!!! Extremely clean, professional and just the right level of challenge to keep things exciting and fun. Amazing staff walks you through all the steps. This was my first escape room and I loved it! No dark rooms or wet, smelly atmospheres I’ve heard stores about. I cannot WAIT for their new puzzle adventure to be ready early next year!

The founders behind Find + Seek are puzzle lovers and it is apparent from the way this establishment is run. We came by this place while walking around in international village and stepped in the door to ask what it was about. Since we had some time, we decided to give it a try for The Mystery at the Majestic Theatre puzzle (only one that’s available for now). Didn’t have to worry about having extra accessories since there were lockers we could use. No cell phones or recording devices allowed in the room.
The puzzle difficulty was easy to intermediate level, quality of props was good, and setup for hints is well coordinated. We didn’t get to the end, but really enjoyed the experience.
Very much looking forward to the completion of the other puzzle rooms at Find + Seek, we’ll be back!

My team and I had a blast at Find and Seek. At first glance, it may seem like another «room escape» franchise that’s trying to get in on the trend (they’re a dime a dozen these days!) and I’ve always avoided them because they gave me the impression they were either really dirty-​looking, too scary, or just another carbon copy.
But even from the get-​go, with the name, branding, and marketing alone, I was intrigued, and so I decided to give it a shot and brought my co-​workers.
They were very accommodating and patient as we were running a little late. Their instructions were clear, and it was very easy to get in. The price was not dirt-​cheap, but when you get inside the room, you’ll know why.
The production value is off the charts! From the very beginning, I was really immersed in the experience. I felt like I was in a movie at certain points, and all the puzzles were thoughtfully crafted and you could tell the owners had a lot of fun putting everything together, because it was twice as much fun trying to figure it all out!
It wasn’t a pushover either. I had decided to invite my co-​workers both for fun but also to gauge our team dynamic in our work that is heavy on co-​operation and team-​work, and so tough obstacles that required a lot of collaboration and communication were abound at Find and Seek. (It doesn’t surprise me that they’re branching out and providing recruitment/​screening services for HR departments! I would definitely hire them to do so!)
The 45 minutes allotted blew by because we were so engaged and were having so much fun. There was no point in the experience where we felt frustrated; there was a «hint» system in case you were feeling stumped.
I’d definitely come back and recommend this place to all sorts of people; teams, friends, family — it’s fun for all ages, although some things might be very cranial and some people might feel left out if they can’t feel like they can contribute.

I’ve done a couple other puzzle rooms in the past, always fun. But these guys really set the bar high with their tech, the quality of the set pieces, and the storyline. Great time. And you can’t beat the free parking at Tinseltown.

Great attention to detail in this challenging puzzle game. The guys running the place were super invested in making the experience fun. Did it as a team building exercise and would recommend it.

Puzzle rooms aren’t normally my thing, but I was home for the week so went with some friends. Find and seek was a pleasant surprise.
One of the best features was the ability to split up within our group, and move between the two parts of the puzzle as to not get fatigued and spiral. It was challenging enough as our group (adults mid-​20s to early 30s with one teen) didn’t finish. The staff were very peppy– chatty, but still efficient.
Will definitely return when the second «chapter» opens.

I’ve been to many escape rooms in multiple cities and it’s rare to see it being done as well as Find and Seek. From the word puzzles, to the hidden clues, video cues and even the furnishings, it’s clear they’ve put care into designing and implementing their rooms.

Thank you! This was truly unique and the best escape room I’ve experienced in Vancouver. It’s been designed very thoughtfully and easily lets you immerse yourself in the story. It’s a great activity to do with friends or family. I’m excited to come back!

Often these puzzle rooms are just rooms filled with cheap props and combination locks but this one is different!
First of all my entire group came out having had a lot of fun despite the fact we didn’t beat the room in time.
The production value of the tech and the props were phenomenal! Best I have seen yet and I have been to five different ones.
The host was energetic and friendly and that really makes the game.
Location is a tad hard to find, tucked away in one of the 2^nd floor hallways in the Tinseltown mall it took some looking.
Over all I would highly recommend this place! I can’t wait to go again!

It was my first time playing escape room games and I have to say that it was amazing! The puzzles were challenging and fun, and the atmosphere excited me. It was unique how the setting was back in the Victorian Times. My group would have solved it if we had more time, but still it was a nice experience.

It was our first time playing a game like this and we had a great time trying to solve the puzzles. Very challenging. I would definitely go back to try to solve it again. Great hosts for the event, too.

My first time in an escape room, so I can’t compare with others, but can talk about my experience. The puzzles were great and engaging, and the décor and overall experience was highly thematic which I appreciate. I went with some others who were experienced room escapers and they said very good things as well. Apparently some other escape rooms are dark and try to be scary, so I like that this one isn’t like that — it’s bright and the focus is on the puzzles. I had a great time! Looking forward to when their next room is done. I’ll definitely be back.

I’m going to start off by saying that I love solving puzzles, and since escape rooms became popular, I’ve tried many different businesses who offered different themes of escape/​puzzle rooms. Find and Seek has been by far my best experience.
The puzzles had a great variety. I didn’t feel like it involved a crazy amount of math or use of numbers, as a lot of puzzles I’ve solved in other rooms seemed like I needed to get too many number combinations to unlock too many chests and boxes. There were a lot of interactive pieces and getting the instant feedback (both audio and visual cues) when you’ve gotten something right was very satisfying. There was a lot of care put into all the props that were used in the rooms, and staff were very helpful and were just as excited as we were to finish the room.
They are still new and only have one room set up so far, but have plans to introduce more. I can’t wait to go back, and highly recommend Find and Seek to anyone who is interested in escape rooms.

My friends and I had so much fun!!! The game is very well designed and the rooms all looked really cool. The staff are awesome and really engaging. I would definitely revisit!

Had a chance to check out this place recently with some friends. The location is actually inside the tinsel town mall on the second floor.
I’ve only been to one other place like this so that’s my baseline.
Overall the puzzles were really well done. I won’t give away any spoilers but the tech they used on the puzzles were nothing like anything I’ve seen before. These guys clearly did there research and used high quality items for the puzzles.
The puzzles were really well thought out and varied in complexity and challenge so whether you’re an amateur or pro you should experience something new and interesting.
They do provide space for your personal belongings and of course there is parking all around the mall inside and out.
They also take all major forms of payment so you don’t need to worry about it being a cash only establishment.
Would go back again as we didn’t reach the end and we were told the puzzles would vary over time as well so repeat visits wouldn’t always be the same.
As far as I know this is one of the first places outside of Richmond which is nice for the ppl that live out east.
