Our Business Specializes on the everyday stuff from sizing a ring or fixing a chain to the extremely difficult and hard to do jobs like re-​tipping your rings so you don’t lose your precious stones and taking on many of the repair jobs that others took one look at and simply said it cannot be done.

We own and operate one of the few Laser Welding machines in Canada. Our Laser Welder has increased our turn around speed by 300% and the quality of the work done on it is superb. There are many jobs that require a laser to fix rather than the traditional torch heat. For example; any item with coloured stones it in now can be fixed without having to remove the stones. Most coloured stones cannot take heat, things like having the colour fade or even the stone crack can happen when these stones are under heat. With a laser, we don’t touch them at all.

We are also offering Engraving services to the retail and the wholesale.

Established in 2008.

Expert Casting Ltd. was established in the year of 2008 but the owner of our business has been in this industry for over 30 years. We have Master Goldsmiths on site who can help you with anything you need. We are located in a beautiful historic building down town Vancouver; The Vancouver Block which houses many of Vancouver’s Jewellery business’. We have always striven to have the top quality results and we have never settled for anything below excellent. We work high end materials producing high end results.

Business Owner

Ron Davidson has been in this industry for over 30 years. He is a Master Gold Smith and an excellent leader. His skills are unparalleled in this industry. Ron also does much of the finishing work that we do here including but not limited to careful setting of all sorts of diamonds ensuring that no damage is done to the piece or the diamond as well as talking directly to clients and business owners about design concepts for a variety of jewellery styles.
