I went to their spa last week to purchase skincare products. Part of what I wanted wasn’t kept in stock. The woman behind the desk told me that she could order them but it would be a few weeks and I’d have to return. Fair enough, but she really didn’t seem to care about what I bought and what I needed. I bought close to $ 300 worth of products, without any input from her. There were a lot of products. She asked me if I needed a bag — I think I would have offered a bag to a $ 300 drop in customer to whom I’d offered no assistance but that’s just me. I had been considering going there for services and I’ve changed my mind. The person at the front desk should have knowledge or should call someone up front who has knowledge. She should act like she’s glad the customer is there and maybe even ask what products I wanted from the line that wasn’t in stock so that she might have found comparable products in stock. I am not used to being treated with such indifference.
