Embodywork is about the artistry of massage that encourages alignment, relieves pain, restores fluidity, and cultivates presence. Considering the entire structure of the physical body as well as emotional balance, I will design a unique treatment for you to address tight and painful areas, reduce stress, improve posture, deepen breathing and increase joy!

History

Established in 2011.

As a dancer of nearly a decade, I have a deep appreciation for the innate capability of the body to restore health and wholeness. Finding solutions to problems, physical or otherwise, requires creativity and the ability to listen to what the body is saying. A career in bodywork was an clear direction for me to help others access their own potential for fluidity, range of motion, creativity, and ease. It’s a true delight to bring together my work as an artist with the skilled touch of Deep Tissue massage. My desire is for you to discover your own masterpiece in body, mind, and spirit.
