History

Established in 2011.

This office has a long history starting with Dr. … in the Georgia Medical Centre (since been demolished). He passed his patients to Dr. Racich in 1980, and moved the office at it’s current location on Hornby Street. In 2011 Dr. Racich transferred over his patients to Dr. Eric Bussieres who has been caring for them since.

Dr. Eric Bussières or ‘Dr. B’ graduated with his dentistry degree at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He then moved across Canada to beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia.

Prior to graduating from dentistry, he completed a Diploma in Dental Hygiene. This has made him especially keen when it comes to the periodontal (gum) care of his patients. Dr. B also enjoys all aspects of dentistry, including children’s dentistry.

Dr. B considers himself to be a great listener and gentle clinician. He takes the time needed to listen to his patients concerns and special needs. He encourages patients in taking a more active role in keeping their teeth and gums healthy. He believes this is especially important when dealing with apprehensive patients. Their fears are based usually on past bad experiences with dentists not listening to them, answering questions and concerns.
