My kids had cavities and we were told that they had to be put to sleep for surgery. After seeing some good reviews on
we went to dr wittenberg for a second opinion. We were so disappointed with him. He didn’t even see them on his chair. He just looked at my 4 year old’s two front teeth from afar (there’s a little bit of decay on it), and insisted they had to be put to sleep. He didn’t even bother to look at my younger one. We had already told them our situation over the phone before we went in for our appointment and they said we might not need to put them to sleep. We felt like we were tricked to go in for the money because they charged us a few hundred for the TWO kids’ appointments.
After seeing 4 different dentists’, we finally found one that said it wasn’t necessary to put them to sleep. Thank goodness not all dentists’ are out there for the money these days. Very rare.
