Downtown Auto Detailing

We booked an appointment online, they sent an email confirming the appointment, but when we got there, the place was closed and nobody showed up. We called them and the guy said it was closed. Really? They even confirmed!
Anyways, on the website it says 7 days a week, but it is not. Horrible experience.

I felt compelled to write a review for this place since it seems like it’s just getting blasted on Unilocal.In fact, I nearly avoided going here based on the terrible reviews. (I have a feeling ownership has changed or something… but I can’t say for sure as I never asked).
So this place is right around the corner from me which is why I decided to give it a chance. Being able to walk back home after dropping the car off was very appealing. I used their online appointment booking in the evening, after they were closed, and someone got back to me within the hour and had me confirmed for the following day.
I arrived 20mins before my appointment time and was greeted by a younger man who helped me out right away. He gave me his opinion on what I should go for and ultimately I decided to do a wash/​wax/​polish. The package is a few hundred bucks and seemed inline with pricing at other places. I left the car with him after confirming the price and was told I’d get a call in a few hours when the work was done. It took about 2.5−3 hours. I got a call saying the car was ready and went over the pick it up. It was ready to go and I did an inspection with the guys — they went over all the work they did and showed me any areas of concern etc… I would say it was very thorough. Overall the car looks great and they did exactly what they said they would do.
Again, I’m not sure how or why this place is getting so many negative reviews — I’m happy to recommend it and I’ll be going back next time my car needs a good cleaning.

GROUPON BUYERS BEWARE!!!
I booked an appointment a month ago, and had to reschedule to sat july 5^th, I read some of the reviews on here, and since I needed my car by noon sat I called to reconfirm that the 1.5 hour apt wouldn’t run past noon (booked in at 10am) They told me no problem and wrote down my car was «time sensitive» I then get a text message asking me to please bring in my car a little earlier– I said no problem I THEN get a TEXT AT 10:45pm!!! the night before my apt, saying that were cramped for time and wouldn’t be able to finish my car the next day in the 1.5 hour time limit given after telling me previously it was NO PROBLEM! And if I could PLEASE reschedule — That was it. I waited over a month for the appointment and had enough —
I called groupon this morning I ended up having to get a refund.
NOT IMPRESSED!!!

I wasn’t happy with the quality of service at am. I had a gold package, But all I got was a handwahs service which was not so impressive and they didn’t wash the engine at all (as said in the package.).None of the spots in my window trims and leather seats were cleaned properly and when I asked for it. The guy said, they don’t have the proper polish or wax material to take those off. Also they are so bad with timing. I dropped my car at 10 am and it was supposed to be finished by 4 pm. At 4 pm it wasn’t even touched. I came back again at 7 pm! I had a couple of original bmw glass cleaner liquids in the car, and the took them. Be careful to leave anything worthy in the car. The owner himself write positive review on Unilocal (Reza)!!!

I dropped by for a very basic interior cleaning and I thought the price (around 22) was great. But when I left, I noticed that the centre console had some white residue from the cleaning fluid dripped over it and dried. And then more of it on the dash. And more smeared on the driver’s foot pedal area. And then, in the coffee cup holder, more smeared around in there. I gather there was a lot of cleaning going on, but then not much cleaning it up afterwards. So I’m not sure if I’ll go back or not… it’s convenient, yes they are very nice, the price is good, but I don’t like having to clean my car after paying to have it cleaned.

Absolutely phenomenal! To be honest, I have never had my car detailed before so this review might not be absolutely accurate in relative terms BUT the detail that I had had left my car spotless. and the greatest thing of all was the attention to detail that really made the difference in my impression with this establishment. I think that even my hand wheel was scrubbed (I guess you can say exfoliated lol) because after the detail, it was significantly smoother than before. I purchased the «Platinum» package which is pretty much the best possible one and I truely felt like I received the best possible job any detail place can do. THanks so much! I don’t even want to drive it because it feels too new: P

Great new place with new owners. I’ve been living downtown for a while and have been waiting for a quality detailing place to bring my car in to without going over the bridge. I did the silver detail package and they did an impeccable job. I’ll definitely be back!
