Dixie’s will be open for dinner and weekend brunch, as well as being available for private functions and catering.

Business Owner
Christina and Shoel opened Gringo in Blood Alley in 2013, which has become one of the most popular casual restaurants in Gastown. With the intention of expanding Gringo to other locations, they began to look for a room with a large enough kitchen to accommodate commissary services for multiple locations. Late 2014, they discovered 337 East Hastings and moved forward with developing a new concept for it’s restaurant operations. After a whirlwind tour of the Austin and Central Texas BBQ Trail, they returned to Vancouver with Dixie’s BBQ — Vancouver’s first authentic Central Texas BBQ smokehouse.
