We are a weight management center specially designed for women Featuring Curves Complete, the only plan that includes meal plan, exercise, coaching and community– all in ONE place. We also feature Curves Smart, Curves Circuit with Zumba and in January 2014 the Jillian Michaels workout.
History
Established in 2002.
Curves Kitsilano has been taken over by a mother and daughter team in September 2012. Roxanna and Ponnie are also the owners of Curves West Vancouver. They have been working in the fitness and nutrition field for 10 years and cant wait to share their knowledge and passion with you.

Ponnie is a Certified Strength Trainer, Fitness Leader and Zin Zumba Instructor. She is the owner of Curves West Vancouver and Kitsilano. Her passion is to help strengthen the women in her communities one by one by helping them develope and maintain proper eating and exercise habbits
