Cork & Fin specializes in providing fresh & local seafood at approachable prices. Come in and ‘get shucked’ at our oyster bar or enjoy dining in our intimate dining room or sunny street side patio in the heart of Gastown. We also offer a semi-​private mezzanine for business functions or celebrations of all kinds. Our 3 tier Seafood Towers full of Lobster, Snow Crab, Tiger Prawns, Dungeness Crab legs, Mussels, Clams, Salmon Tartare & Oysters captivate audiences of all ages. Cork & Fin also offers a Seasonal 3 Course Prix Fixe Menu for $ 32 seven nights a week. Our lunch menu focuses on lighter fare such as Ahi Tuna Tacos, Lobster Rolls & Beef Carpaccio. We offer happy hour Oysters everyday from 5pm to 630pm for $ 1.50. Monday nights are ‘buck a shuck’ all night long!

History

Established in 2010.

Owner Francis Regio has always had the dream of opening a small plates seafood restaurant with a great wine program! When space came up in the heart of Vancouvers historic Gastown, Francis was able to see his vision through.

Business Owner

Francis has been working in the Vancouver restaurant scene for almost two decades, spending time in the Spectra group as Bar Manager and more recently at the now defunct Tapastree as the General Manager. Combining his passion of Seafood and Wine is what brought him to open Cork & Fin.
