CompuWork Pacific provides a broad range of services to small and mid-​size and organizations, with an emphasis on complete solutions. Services include custom client-​server and web-​based application development, as well as back-​end database implementations. We have particular expertise in the design, development and optimization of complex relational databases. We also have skills in engineering highly efficient applications using data-​driven and event-​driven approaches, whether web-​based or built using LAN/​WAN connectivity. CompuWork has successfully deployed thin-​client computing solutions, VPNs and browser-​based Intranet/​Extranet technology. Our goal with every project is to provide solutions that are creative and cost-​effective.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

In recent years my technical work has focused on Microsoft Office and Back Office products, particularly Access, Excel, and SQL Server. I have also worked extensively with all versions of Microsoft Visual Basic and Visual Basic for Applications. My particular interest is in data analysis, data modeling and database design, including related performance constraints and optimization techniques. I have a solid grounding in relational theory. Although I am familiar with entity-​relationship modeling, I prefer object-​role modeling and am proficient with that methodology. I am also experienced with client-​server technology, distributed databases and LAN/​WAN architectures.
