I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of my clients. Counseling couples, individuals, and families are my areas of specialization. I do marriage counseling, singles counseling, as well as couples counseling, and also counsel those who have had trauma in their lives that can lead to problems in relationships.

I’ve been married for over 20 years, and consider my personal journey of relationship transformation to be, by far, one of my greatest strengths as a couples’ therapist. Lasting love requires transformation at various junctures in that journey. Often what may be perceived as a crisis is actually an opportunity to re-​calibrate the relationship. During those junctures in my journey, it was painfully clear that new tools and insights would be needed to bridge us to the next level in our life together. Seeking mentorship from leaders in the field of conscious relationships has shaped both my personal path and my practice.
