this branch does seem to have a faster turnaround, friendly service… only complaint is the tellers seem to be really bunched up, not much privacy.
though there’s enough parking all around, just avoid their tight parking lot in the back. which you’ll have to register yr plate. and sucks u can’t park right in front during rush hour 3−6pm.
and not a fan of the atm machine on the outside of the branch, on Pender side.

The security guard here is great — he opens the door for you with a smile.
I also find the tellers here to be a little more friendly, and a little younger, than other branches.
Combined with low wait times, this is my branch of choice when in the Downtown Eastside.

Love this branch… and I’m not asian, cause Im usual the only white guy in the whole building… they are always so friendly and very very little wait time… If there is a line up it moves fast theres always 3 – 5 tellers and the manage walks around the lineup and asks if your okay and if she can help. The personal account staff try really hard to make your day… great branch just needs better parking.
