This little store has very helpful owners, and they were great about helping us online with ordering a specialized muzzle. The location is also close to a quiet park, which is perfect for a dog walk.

It’s the only place in the lower mainland that has the cat food that I want. I originally have to order it ahead of time but they keep it at the store for me until I can pick it up (I live in Maple Ridge).
The person working there, I’m assuming the owner, is very friendly. The prices are very competitive too.

I have yet to visit Champlain Pets’ store front, but I have ordered from their online store. They have a great selection of quality pet food and well-​being products at competitive prices (their pricing point is pretty much the same as Tisol).
It was very easy to place an order, and you have the option to pay by paypal, as well as Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
I placed my order at midnight and they delivered it to my door the following evening! All the canned food arrived in fantastic shape; no dent, and they have at least 2.5 years on them before expiration.
Also, I love the fact they offer free delivery to Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster and Richmond (no minimum purchase required). Now that I no longer need to give my arms the work out when buying my kitty her food, I will be purchasing from Champlain Pets on a regular basis!
