This place does not have a price list so they can just charge you what they feel fit. Also, the prices are a bit more expensive than most places.

I have been going here for years since I was 14 years and there is a reason. They’re local to me. Only a 25 minute walk from my home(Champlain Heights Mall). They’ve been doing my quilt for years and as soon as I bring in my large pink bunny rabbit costume they know what to do with it before I have to tell them. Every Easter there is some kid who has chocolate on their hands that needs to hug me while I am in the costume. I see some of them, however, they always catch the other stains in front of my eyes and pre-treat without me asking. They know how important all my costumes are. They’re one of the few dry cleaners that actually cares for my stuff.

I work downtown and have fallen victim to using some of the«fancy» cleaners on my way to and from the office. Many times I have had garments ruined/shrunk and have paid the price. My mom has been going to these cleaners for AGES(I am talking like 15 years) and they have always done a fantastic job. When I took my favorite Talula petticoat here, I was a little worried. However, I was trilled when I picked up my jacket and noticed that the buttons had been tightened at no cost! Anyone with a Talula jacket will know that those giant toggle buttons are a mother to replace if they get loose and fall off. A little more expensive, yes — but not nearly as gouging as the cleaners downtown and the family owned/operated feel is so nice. Greeted warmly, thanked sincerely for your business. Keeps me comin’ back. Definitely a 5 Star fav.

They get the job done, super professional, organized and detailed. My only issue is that they are more expensive than other places. I can’t afford to always have my clothes dry cleaned here. If I could, I would though.
