I’m not a huge fan of their teller line, especially their senior tellers but I suppose that’s why they only deal with my most basic banking.
For product sales and investments, I deal with Denis. He’s wonderful — he listens, he follows up on time and he’s efficient. He’s helped me with a bunch of things very quickly and he raises the bar high for other branches.
Suzy, an Imperial Service advisor has helped my sister and I with seperate issues even when we weren’t her personal clients. That’s service — when she provides the same amount of service to clients she’s never met and bring no value to her portfolio as her regular clients.
Keep it up, guys. I haven’t gone back to any other branch since I’ve met you.
