Mr. Brosgall was born and raised in Vancouver. He continues to live in Vancouver with his wife and two young children. Mr. Brosgall enjoys a long history of active community involvement. Having volunteered as Scouts Canada’s Vancouver Area Commissioner for a lengthy term, he received Scouting’s prestigious Medal for Good Service. In his spare time, Mr. Brosgall enjoys travelling, skiing, hiking, barbequing, and spending quality time with his family.
