Brisas Carpet Care

Booked a cleaning and stain removal. The appointment was scheduled promptly however the quality was very poor. The stain that I had on my carpet was actually just tape adhesive. They assured me that this could be removed and I paid extra for that special service. Unfortunately the stain stayed the same! Also, the solution that they used on my carpet left two big pooling stains on a different area of the carpet that was not previously dirty. I emailed and called the business to give them the opportunity to correct the issues but no one has ever gotten back to me!
I was contacted in the end about a month later… They came back out and corrected the issues. Said my email and voicemail must have fallen through the cracks over the holiday season. Offered to keep coming back until the adhesive is totally lifted. Sasha, the cleaner, is a good guy.

I have had some stains on my bedroom carpet for several months now and have been trying to get motivated to get them removed. This afternoon Sasha from Brisas had just finished cleaning my neighbors carpets when I nabbed him in the corridor to ask if he could quickly remove the stains. He came right in and not only removed the stains but cleaned the whole carpet in the bedroom for the agreed upon price. It looks like new!
I would certainly use Brisas again.

I called a couple of companies before our move and Brisa’s was the first to respond. The arrangement process went smoothly and the agent was efficient and friendly. The cleaner arrived on time and did a fantastic job within the specified time frame. My daughter’s carpet was badly stained and he did a very good job of reviving it! For the work he did, the price was very reasonable and the results were more than I expected. Thank-​you Brisa’s, I highly recommend this company!

I called Brisas because of the great reviews I read online and was not disappointed. Sasha did a fantastic job on the carpet in my basement; all the traffic stains were gone, as well as a few spots. My carpet looked like new. He also extracted the water so well, that the carpet felt almost dry when he was finished. I will definitely use Brisas again!

I had a very bad carpet stain that I didn’t know what it was and my landlord was ready to take a big chunk of my security deposit. After reading the reviews on Unilocal,I decided to try the specialty cleaning as a last resort. Sasha was the technician that treated my difficult carpet stain. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and was able to get rid of most of the stain despite my lack of knowledge of what it actually was! My landlord also ended up charging me far less than what it was initially so I’m really glad I tried Brisas. If I ever run into the same situation again, I’d definitely avoid trying any products myself and call them right away.

This was my first time using Brisas. I usually clean my carpets once a year and I have not always been completely satisfied with the previous carpet company I used. I chose Brisas because of all the good reviews and am glad I did. The tech was friendly, professional and did an excellent job. I have a very light beige carpet in the bedroom and an older white area rug in my living room. Previously even after cleaning they still tend to look a little grey. However, this time after using Brisas they looked almost new! Thank you and I’m waiting for Brisas to start offering to clean hard wood floors!

Really happy with Brisa. This was my first experience with them and I only tried them because of the reviews. In the past I’ve used Citruso which sometimes was good and sometimes bad. I’ve also tried sears via groupon. That did not turn out well. I normally try to have the carpets done at least once a year if not a few months sooner than that. Basically I have 2 dogs that prefer doing their business indoors if I’m not careful when it’s raining, versus outdoors. If it’s sunny no issues. Then there are the odd accidents and then one of the dogs developed a bladder infection too. Needless to say the carpets smelled like urine in the hot summer weather recently.
Sasha came and quoted me $ 400 for a specialty clean for the entire house which I knew would be needed due to the urine. I was also expecting our contractor to come in a couple weeks to the house and open the drywall in a couple places to do some extra pipe insulation. So I told Sasha I would contact him after the contractor was done. A week or so later it was particularly hot and the urine smell in the bedroom was particularly noticeable. I knew the contractor wouldn’t be doing any of the drywall work in this room so I asked Brisa if it was possible for someone to come and do that portion of the carpets only so that I didn’t have to sleep in the urine odor. They came and did the room along with one rug which I rolled up and put in the bedroom when the contractor was here. Brisa’s job was fantastic. They said not to worry about the payment until they got to the rest of the house since the quote was for the whole house. I honestly felt a bit guilty as I had no cash to even tip them.
The contractor ended up being delayed by weeks more, and I felt I should call Brisa to see if they wanted partial payment in the meantime since they had treated me decently and it was taking longer for the contractor than I mentioned to Sasha. They said not to worry.
Finally our contractor finished and Sasha and another person (Mani?) came and did our carpets for the rest of the house. They even redid the rug again. They did an AMAZING job. My daughter’s room had so many stains on the carpet from makeup and arts materials that came out as well. I had to go out for an unexpected meeting before they arrived but my teen son and mother were here. I arrived home just as Sasha and Mani were wrapping up so we did a quick walk through. They put the styrofoam blocks under movable furniture and took that extra bit of care that you always hope someone would do. Things looked great even without me being here to direct. However, I knew from past experience that sometimes the carpets look good right after when still damp but when it dries the old stains reappear. But I was cautiously optimistic as I could tell that Sasha took pride in doing an excellent job. (I didn’t have time to interact with Mani but based on the job performed I’m sure he’s the same.). Sasha also described the extra scrubbing he did and other details which filled me with hope. Sure enough, even after the carpets were fully dried it looked fantastic! I’ll even say they look brand new. It is by far the best carpet cleaning to date I’ve had.
My mother and husband, both of whom are fussy and detail oriented, think the carpets look fantastic too. So I have found my carpet company for life now!!! Super thrilled. Thanks Sasha and Brisa!

Ok. Rocio did such a good job on the carpets that I had her come back and detail my car. Again she was amazing.
Now $ 200 seemed like a lot to clean my car’s carpets and upholstery and I couldn’t figure out why it was taking so long (4 hours!). Then I saw it! It was absolutely immaculate, as good as new.
Great service and well worth it. I’m asking myself why I don’t keep my car like this all the time.

After seeing the good reviews on Unilocal we decided to choose Brisas and we were not disappointed! I called 2 days before we wanted to have the carpets cleaned and spoke with Ralf, the owner. He was very thorough and clear throughout our conversation and was able to book us in nice and early on our preferred day. He then followed up with a very comprehensive email, detailing our conversation.
On the day, the technician was on time and had the job done in no time. We had some heavy staining in the living room we were concerned about but happily they were able to get everything spotless with a standard clean, therefore saving us $$ which is always a good thing! Their flat rate for standard at $ 49 per area (roughly per room) is really reasonable, and they included our pretty sizeable walk in closet in the bedroom price, again saving us $$.
If you need carpets cleaned in Vancouver Ralf and his team are the way to go. Superb!

Chose Brisa after reading the great Unilocal reviews, and was not disappointed. Our rental place is all wooden floors, except for an old (bit mangy) carpeted staircase which we’ve always be able to ignore (it just leads down to storage). However, our one year old just discovered it, so we figured we should get it cleaned.
I called and got Rolf, who was efficient and clear about time and pricing. Two technicians came on the day, in fact they called to see if they could come earlier, which was great. Helpful and friendly, and the work was less noisy than we expected: my wife was able to work upstairs uninterrupted.
No fuss, great job, happy to recommend.

Brisas know how to run a business… PERIOD. Amazing customer service and amazing results. It’s so simple, yet so many businesses offering services can’t seem to get it right. From booking the appointment, to the cleaners, and the post cleaning thank-​you card, my expectations were totally exceeded.
I have white carpet in my rental condo. With a dog and messy partner, they got stains out that existed there before I moved in, not to mention the marks and stains we caused. Couldn’t be happier with the results and I’m a total neat/​clean freak. The smell afterwards was a bit overpowering, but I’d say completely gone in about 2 days. I’m glad they use products on the natural side. This was a consideration with an asthma sufferer and pet. It also took a bit longer to dry than advertised, but was still very fast. I WILL be using them again and will be recommending them to everyone I know. I wanted to get my car detailed as well, but opted against it because of the price. I may reconsider though in the future, knowing how good of a job they’d do.

Danny from Brisas Carpet did an AWSOME job on my aging 83 year old father’s condo while he was in the hospital. Professional, articulate and a real expert. Danny cleaned three upholstered living room chairs and a living room sofa and made them look like new. The carpet and tile he steam cleaned is spotless. He steam cleaned an outdoor patio balcony and transformed it from unusable to «just like new», all the mold and guck just gone. Danny is a pro! Every piece of furniture was carefully moved and cleaned under, even the bed. The entire condo is fresh as a daisy!
And most importantly he is a true gentleman and a real pleasure to be around. It’s so great to have someone come to your home and deliver exactly as promised and more. Brisasa and Danny exceeded our expectations and then some.

They were great. I got an apt for the next day short notice. There was a very bad pet odor in my carpets and it is completely gone. Price is great too. Great job, dried fast. I would recommend and call them again. :)

We were selling our house and had Brisas in to clean all our floors /​carpets. They were easy to deal with and managed to remove several stains that were literally years old. Showed up on time, did it on budget and they were extremely friendly the entire time. Would definitely use again.

I can’t believe how clean my carpets are! Johnny worked after hours to fit me into his schedule and got out stains that I thought were there for good! We’ve had Brisas back to clean our white carpets 3 times. I really appreciate that they try to stick within their proposed arrival time and they call ahead to update the timeline. It really makes it easier to plan our day. They always do a lovely job and Johnny is truly a delight to deal with. He and my husband seem to bond every time we have another cleaning. :)
