Staff is helpful but there’s always a long line-​up because they usually only open two tills, at most three. You see there’s available staff and available tills but they don’t seem to open them to accommodate the long line-​ups.

I have only been here a few times both for business and personal, my regular branch sometimes is out of reach, however, there is always a long line-​up and there is barely anyone behind the counter. Those that are behind the counter are as slow as snails and when they see the line-​up getting longer, they don’t seem to take the hint to hurry the f*ck up. They ask you the stupidest questions and 7 out of 10 times never use common sense. I have to talk to the teller ’cause not everything can be done at the machine, however, given the choice I would rather deal with the machine than the tellers. This is the only branch I had issues with in terms of customer service or lack of.

Helpful tellers, but the first time I was there I had to drag a stroller inside because they were out of deposit envelopes for the outside machine, and the second time I had a super-​long wait for a teller on last day of the month — with only 2 tellers available. Would think that on a big banking day like that, more tellers might be on?
