Staff is helpful but there’s always a long line-up because they usually only open two tills, at most three. You see there’s available staff and available tills but they don’t seem to open them to accommodate the long line-ups.

I have only been here a few times both for business and personal, my regular branch sometimes is out of reach, however, there is always a long line-up and there is barely anyone behind the counter. Those that are behind the counter are as slow as snails and when they see the line-up getting longer, they don’t seem to take the hint to hurry the f*ck up. They ask you the stupidest questions and 7 out of 10 times never use common sense. I have to talk to the teller ’cause not everything can be done at the machine, however, given the choice I would rather deal with the machine than the tellers. This is the only branch I had issues with in terms of customer service or lack of.

one of the newer ones definitely within the year or so, not much lineups but just no atmosphere haha… nice to park for free. corner location. friendly young staff.

Helpful tellers, but the first time I was there I had to drag a stroller inside because they were out of deposit envelopes for the outside machine, and the second time I had a super-long wait for a teller on last day of the month — with only 2 tellers available. Would think that on a big banking day like that, more tellers might be on?
