In the fall of 2011, the Blanche Macdonald Centre Atelier campus opened its doors to our 25,000 square foot state of the art retail, gallery and educational space, where education, retail and entertainment converge. Dripping in natural light and polished concrete, the Atelier Campus is a second home to our Professional Hairstyling programs as well as our first ever student-​operated Hair Salon, Q&A Salon, and our very own storefront, CurliQue Beauty, providing exclusive beauty, skincare, haircare products, industry seminars and personal consultations.

Open to the public, we strive to give not only our students but also everyone in Vancouver an intimate view of how the top tier makeup artist works. A revolving door of fun, education and entertainment, Atelier shares all things fashion related from pop up shops by featured designers, fashion fusion gala events and runway presentations to trade coveted educational symposiums.

History

Established in 2011.

Atelier is Blanche Macdonald Centre’s third campus located in Vancouver, British Columbia. Racking up over 25,000 square feet with a huge retail presence on the ground floor, flagship corner space and the entire second floor, Atelier Campus includes the school’s first ever student-​operated Hair Salon — Q & A, and their very own beauty boutique — CurliQue.
