All the reviews ib here are so stupid and dumb. We just wanted to. say their work is really good. We are so happy. Lot of talent.

Way to ruin the surprise, Balloon Studio. I made my order online, and didn’t receive ANY confirmation. I had to call in to confirm that the payment did go through. I asked if the balloons can be delivered on Monday (which was my boyfriend’s birthday) instead of Sunday (they are closed Monday’s). And if it wasn’t possible, that’s fine, I will make sure he’s home to receive it on Sunday. The person on the phone told me it was fine and it’s going to be delivered on Monday. Hey guess what? The balloons were delivered today. Now I am sitting here, awkwardly talking about these goddamn balloons that I thought were going to be delivered tomorrow. If you can’t do it, you could have called me. Even if the employee wasn’t supposed to tell me Monday was okay, regular protocol is to contact the customer and let the customer know. I paid a $ 20 delivery fee for it to come on the wrong day. Seriously, good job.

These guys are great! We used their 2 Color Balloon Arches and had our company name spelled in HUGE silver balloons last year for our office Christmas party and everything looked fantastic. From the ordering process to the delivery and set up, these guys are the best! Friendly, professional and they’ve got a great eye for design.
We’re using them again for this year’s Christmas Party and I’m excited to see what they put together for us :)

I had hunted around to see what balloon stores exist out there, and the Balloon Studio seemed the best. I was not disappointed! And Tammy who helped me was awesome and is totally in to balloons… and best of all she didn’t care that I was on a budget but was totally happy to help me figure out the most I could do with the little I could afford. I’d never gone balloon hunting before and had no idea that there is an entire world of balloons out there! I loved how enthusiastic Tammy was about balloons, it made the whole shopping thing fun. The balloon prices seemed reasonable and had fun pictures and interesting colours. I chose to get them filled with helium which was so fun, as I’ve never given helium balloons to someone as a gift before. I enjoyed the Balloon Studio experience and will be coming back.

I was in a bit of a last-​minute situation on a Sunday afternoon, and thankfully Balloon Studio was open!
Tammy, the person helping me, was really nice. Could tell I was stressed out over the phone and said all the right things to calm me down, especially when I went to the wrong location, she gave me directions and told me to drive safe and take my time. She selflessly seemed more concerned about my well-​being, than her being able to leave work on time.
My experience with Balloon Studio is that they really take their time to help their customer, and offer solutions, and are truly experts in the balloon industry with years of practical experience.
I bought those trendy silver «letter» helium balloons. Tammy knew about how helium reacts to the temperature in an environment, so filled my balloons slightly less than full, so they would have the opportunity to expand without bursting.
She tidied up her counterspace so I could take a good photo of the balloons I had purchased in the store and told me that her home was my home, and I could do whatever I wanted to get that great photo for Instagram.
Given my circumstance and situation, I couldn’t imagine receiving better customer service for what I needed.
Never thought I would have so much to say about a balloon store!

After looking around town for rental of helium tanks/​balloons/​delivery i was surprised by the price from a lot of companies. A friend heard I was looking for balloons for our wedding and referred us to the balloon studio. I arrived and Carlos found me and started to assist me with my decisions on what we REALLY needed for our event.
He suggested that the inflate and deliver for us, not only is that a easier option but price wise it was much less than the other party supply stores we were looking at. Great service, great products, great value… You can’t go wrong!

Rented a helium tank yesterday and the owner offer a discount on the medium size because the small size wasnt available. I was told that the tank was good for 220 balloons, Igot 325 cheap balloons from the dollar store and we filled them all. So it was a good value.
4 stars because they close too early, they waited for me until 5 to returned the tank, hope they extend their hours during the week.
Ill be back for sure

I like this place. Is thw only place open on sundays, after trying some others for helium tank rentals I think this is the best.
The bazaar at main is out of thw question, the others dont even open on sundays.
For arrangements they have 3 books of work they already done, I just got confused at the end for the amount of options they have.
Also they fill your balloons even if you buy them elsewhere. (Tried few places and they wont do it.)
Only complaint they close to early during the weekdays. The lady working there ensure that they expanding to a new location and the hours will be better.

A true artist can make art out of anything… I mean anything. These aren’t your standard balloon arrangements/​sculptures. A lot of heart, soul and creativity… and of course love has been put into each design. Very good pricing and the customer service was amazing.

We usually get our balloons from the party bazaar, but tried this place on a whim and will never look back! They have amazing selection, and the owner is so nice. He added some extra’s onto our order for a baby shower we hosted. Quick, friendly, and very reasonably priced! :D
