I came here to browse. Not the most appealing from the outside and I remember walking by it a few times before actually walking in. I must have had a different guy when I came in. Customer service was neutral even though I was browsing. I probably annoyed him by browsing, however, he wasn’t happy and he wasn’t rude. He was indifferent.

I’m shocked to read some of these other reviews. I have only had good experiences and it seems like someone is out to slander this small business owner.

I’m in complete shock after logging onto Unilocal to write a review for this store after my visit today, and to see what else has been written about it.
I saw his ad on Craigslist and decided to check it out. Upon walking in, it looked like a regular game shop to me. Shelves, tables, clean and organized. I’m not sure why people call it a whole in a wall in a bad location — it’s not. It’s right on Kingsway and Knight, across the new condo development. The shop is in great shape.
Now, the owner, he was so helpful and friendly. He offered to find and order in the games I wanted, started up conversations and was a complete sweetheart with us. We saw NO agression whatsoever. He made jokes, he laughs a lot, he even has this cute dog sitting with him in the back which he introduced to us!
After today’s visit, I’m pretty much sold and it won’t be likely that we’ll go elsewhere for our games. Thank you B&G games and thanks for your time & generosity today. You’ve won our loyalty.
