History
Established in 2001.
Atimi Software, specializing in software development since 2001, is one of the largest Mac development firms in the world. Atimi first began mobile software development in June 2008, on Apple’s request for us to develop applications for the launch of the App Store. Our first three apps included the New York Times Reader (still #1 in its space), the advertorial for Time Warner’s ‘The Dark Knight’ and lastly the beloved childhood favorite game, Etch A Sketch.
Since 2008, Atimi has developed an impressive client list and portfolio of award-winning apps. We have teams dedicated to iOS, Android and Blackberry OS development, as well our very own rapid development framework — Orchard. This year alone, Atimi has completed a number of exciting projects for clients in publishing, broadcast, large retail, and professional sports franchise, notably the Vancouver Canucks.
