History

Established in 1948.

Alec’s Automotive has been family owned and run for three generations.

Currently brothers Rob & Kevin Borden own and operate Alec’s with the same exacting, high-​quality machining and exceptional customer service they learned working in the shop since they were young.

The shop is located in the same nostalgic «classic car vibe» location.

What has changed is the high-​tech, modern machining equipment used to deliver the best finishes and the lowest tolerances possible.

Business Owner

Rob was born into a machine shop owning family, but he works at Alec’s by choice.

You’ll find he’s very passionate about cars, especially classics and everything to do with engines, high performance engines and racing cars and dirt bikes.

He’s married and has a young daughter.
