WORST SERVICE EVER! I ended up having to go back 4 times and I STILL don’t have keys that work. That, and the women working there were extremely rude and unhelpful (and obviously incapable of cutting a key that worked) but they did give me my money back so I guess thats something. Save yourself the headache and go ANYWHERE else.

I’ve been here a few times, because they’re the official key cutter of my office building. It’s located in Bentall I, in a dark hallway off Pender St, near the food court-​y section in that half of Bentall.
I was surprised that they had a lineup when I went, and more surprised that the line kept regrowing out the door. Maybe because it was lunchtime.
They seemed to have a good selection of keys — auto, home, and specialty. They had some NHL logo-​coated keys for your home!
