Business Owner

Ioulia Chtankova, is a qualified marketer, with over a decade of experience working with businesses large and small. For over 12 years, Ioulia’s been the Marketing Manager for a fast growing, vertically integrated BC company. During that time, Ioulia has developed expertise in marketing, communications and brand management of luxury products.

Having worked both as the client and in marketing management role, Ioulia has a unique perspective on the marketing industry and how to get the most from it. She has directed the marketing efforts of Lugaro Jewellers including advertising, media planning & buying, graphic design, public relations, marketing communications, CRM, WOM and social media marketing, special events, online auctions, retail support in form of training and visual merchandising.
